RETURN POLICY 

Our return policy is only applicable to item purchased online and delivered in Malaysia , within 5 days of receiving your order

• Himawari Studio accept return / exchange with the below condition only:
  1. Defects
  2. Wrong item send
  3. Wrong size & color sent
  
  
• Slight color variation / minor imperfection(loose thread , crease mark etc) are not considered as defects.
  
  
• All returned have to be done within 5 workings. Request for exchange and return thereafter will not be accepted.
  
  

TERMS & CONDITION

Himawari Studio accept the right to reject any request of exchange or return.

• We only accepted return / exchange that are in their original condition ( unworn / unused / unwashed )
• We not accepted return / exchange /refund for washed clothes with ( colour faded , fabric bleeding , shrink etc) because linen fabric need special wash & care.
• Due to high cost of international shipping and time-consuming process,there is no return accepted for all overseas order. We apologize for any inconvenient cause.

HOW TO RETURN

Step 1 :
Text us at instagram : himawari___studio with following details . We will updated status within 48 H 

1. Order number
2. Item name that you want to returned
3. Return reason
4. Photo / video ( defect )

Step 2 : 
Pack the item in packaging. May use any plastic packaging or any reuse courier packaging.

Step 3 :
Once received our confirmation , please send out the parcel within 5 working days.
